Steve Ingenito

President/CEO

Steve Ingenito is a highly accomplished retired New York Law Enforcement Officer with over 30 years of professional experience in security operations, protective services, and mission-critical coordination. A graduate of the NYPD’s Specialized Protective Security Training Course (Dignitary Protection), Mr. Ingenito has spent three decades directing and managing a broad range of security initiatives worldwide. His career is marked by a unique blend of service within the military, law enforcement, emergency medical services and as a private military contractor, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on global risk management.
Mr. Ingenito has managed and coordinated dynamic security operations and executive protection details in support of former and current U.S. Heads of State, as well as local government officials. He has provided executive protection services to various musical artists, actors, celebrities, and high-value C-suite Fortune 100 executives. Additionally, he successfully coordinated and conducted the safe/secure transport of prominent, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their family members domestically and abroad.
Throughout his professional tenure, he has worked seamlessly with local and federal law enforcement agencies, foreign intelligence services, and senior management teams to accomplish high-stakes objectives and uphold the most rigorous security standards.

Jake Rine

Chief Operations Officer

Jake Rine is an operations-driven executive with over 12 years of leadership experience overseeing personnel, client portfolios, and mission-critical environments. His background in executive protection and global risk operations has shaped a disciplined, process-oriented leadership style centered on performance management, strategic execution, and organizational resilience.
Raised in a United States Marine Corps family, Mr. Rine developed an early foundation in structure, accountability, and operational discipline. This upbringing cultivated a leadership mindset grounded in clarity of command, risk mitigation, and adaptability across diverse operating environments. He has successfully led teams and managed complex engagements in both developed and emerging markets, supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 100 C-suite executives, and high-visibility public figures.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rine has directed multi-layered operational initiatives requiring precision planning, resource allocation, logistical coordination, and real-time decision-making under pressure. His expertise spans surveillance and counter-surveillance strategy, protective operations oversight, threat assessment, and secure mobility planning — all executed with an emphasis on scalability, discretion, and service excellence.
In addition to his operational leadership experience, Mr. Rine holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida. He is recognized for building high-performance teams, optimizing scheduling and deployment frameworks, strengthening client retention through service delivery excellence, and maintaining rigorous standards of compliance and accountability.
Mr. Rine brings a COO-level perspective to operations: aligning people, process, and risk management to deliver measurable outcomes while safeguarding organizational reputation and stakeholder trust.

William Chan

Director of Operations North America, CPP

  • William Chan is a seasoned security and protection professional with 13 years of law enforcement service, he began his career in 2008 as a patrol officer assigned to high-demand precincts in Queens, New York. Demonstrating strong performance and tactical acumen, he advanced into plainclothes operations within specialized anti-crime units, supporting proactive enforcement initiatives and high-visibility public safety operations.

  • After separating from public service in 2021 under vested retirement status, Mr. Chan transitioned into the private sector, delivering full-spectrum protective services to C-suite executives, family principals, high-profile entertainers, and Fortune 100 corporate entities. His work spans domestic and international assignments, requiring discretion, threat assessment expertise, and coordinated advance planning across complex venues and global markets.

  • William Chan's protective experience includes international touring experience and protective support for globally recognized musical artists during performances and multi-country European tours, as well as personal protection services for high-profile singer-actors across diverse event environments.

  • Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berkeley College in White Plains, New York, and brings a disciplined, client-centric approach grounded in operational readiness, strategic planning, and executive-level service delivery.

Paul Friendship

Director of International Operations & Business Development

Paul Friendship is an accomplished British Military Veteran with extensive experience in executive protection and threat management. With a solid background in strategic assessment and problem-solving, he has earned the trust and confidence of a diverse clientele including Political, Foreign, Religious Dignitaries, Ultra-High-Net Worth individuals, and Fortune 500 Company C-suite Executives.
Paul's leadership skills are impeccable as he continuously assesses threat environments and adjusts security details to ensure privacy and discretion in demanding situations. Mr. Friendship excels in developing, mentoring, and motivating security professional teams His vision and guidance foster collaboration and efficiency, resulting in exceptional security services. With a keen understanding of project management, Paul Friendship plans and executes protective details on both international and domestic levels, optimizing resource allocations and effectively managing costs. His adaptability and dedication to service excellence are evident in his ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement corrective actions while meeting deadlines and budgets.

John Grodin

Account Manager, CPP, Investigator

John Grodin is an accomplished, retired New York City Police Department Lieutenant. He worked in various commands and positions throughout his career within the NYPD. Mr. Grodin completed Specialized Protective Security Training (Dignitary Protection), Investigation Methods and Training, Internal Affairs training and is certified in the Citywide and National Incident Management Systems ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300 and ICS-700. He has qualified in emergency vehicle operation (E.V.O.C) and has received first aid training mandatory for New York City Police officers. Through his career, John Grodin has been assigned to high profile assignments such as the Republican National Convention, United Nations General Assembly and Papal visit to name a few. He has used his training and leadership skillset to succeed in all assignments presented to him. He was assigned as a Lieutenant with the Manhattan South Investigations Unit. While in this assignment he successfully supervised and assisted in hundreds of investigations as a member of the NYPD Shootings Team. A team assigned to investigate all firearm discharges by a police officer of the NYPD. After action reports were provided to executive members of the police department for review and determinations. Additional assignment as a Lieutenant was within the Narcotics Destruction Unit. Mr. Grodin was instrumental and essential for the security plans instituted by the New York City Police Department for all personnel during the commission of narcotics to be destroyed. The logistics of this planning included heavy weapons, vehicle & personnel allocations, and route assignments to the designated site for destruction of approximately four tons of illegally seized narcotics annually. Since retiring from the New York City Police Department, John Grodin has provided consulting and security services for actors, models, set locations and fortune 100 ultra high net worth individuals.
